Caesar Dressing 1 (enough for two small salads)
4 heaping tbsps of mayo.
1 tbp lemon juice
1 tsp and a bit of worchestshire sauce
1 tsp dijon mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
parmesan cheese
black pepper
2 cloves of garlic (reduce to 1 clove if you arent a garlic fan like me)
Put all in processor. Add olive oil slowly while processing. I myself perfer not to add the oil, so you can leave the oil out, result is a very thick dressing.
Serve over romaine toss a bit more black pepper and parm on top.
