Oxtail Soup
2lbs oxtail
1/2 cup celery
1/2 onion
1/2 cup carrots
1 clove garlice
thyme and sage
1/2 cup tomato powder (health food store or make your own in a dehydrator)
1/2 meduim chinese cabbage
3 -4 cups turkey stock'
hint of worchestshire sauce
Sear oxtail in a not stick fry pan. Add turkey stock and oxtail to crockpot. Cook at low heat overnight.
Saute veggies except cabbage, add to crockpot next morning with raw cabbage. Add tomato powder
Before serving, remove bones.
If want a lighter soup, let cool and skim fat.
